Strong black tea, milk and freshly cooked tapioca pearls make a customisable drink with controlled sweetness and plenty of ice.
Ingredients
- 80 g quick-cooking tapioca pearls
- 1 l warm water, for cooking the pearls
- 400 ml strong black tea
- 120 ml milk or unsweetened plant drink
- 30 g sugar
- 120 g ice cubes
Method

- Cool the strong tea completely and follow the pearl packet timing; cooked pearls are best used straight away.
